Arya assists in preparing and processing H-1B specialty occupation cases, H-1B third-party placements, request for further evidence (RFE), and notices of intent to revoke and deny (NOIR and NOID). In addition, she works on family immigration, permanent residence, and employment-based applications before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). An avid supporter of her community, Arya has volunteered for Civil Rights and Social Action Awareness with National Service Scheme (NSS) and has also worked for Animal Welfare and Rights causes at Fight for Animal Rights. Besides Law, Arya enjoys nature walks, spending time with family & friends, traveling, and trying out new eateries. She is fluent in English & Hindi.

Akanksha Mohanty

Akanksha assists in preparing immigrant and non-immigrant US visa applications including H-1B, L-1B, Perm applications and I-140 and AOS applications. Additionally, Akanksha assists with various Requests for Evidence and PERM Audits along with filing Appeals and Motions to Reopen/Reconsider. She provides research related to US immigration laws and prepares case briefs and case analysis. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Oriya. In her free time, Akanksha enjoys traveling and is an amateur painter.

Prachi Anal

Prachi assists primarily with employment-based immigration matters that includes working on PERM, immigrant petition for Alien Workers (I-140s) and Adjustment of status petitions including ancillary applications such as Employment Authorization and Advance Parole applications. She is fluent in English and Hindi. In her free time, Prachi likes to read and enjoys baking.

Pragha Saha

Pragha assists with processing of immigrant (I-140 and I-485 applications) and non-immigrant visa applications (H-1B, H1B1 Chile, B2, E-3 Australian visa, etc.) She is involved in green card applications covering employment based first, second and third preference categories. Her work also includes drafting request for evidence for immigrant visas. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali. In her free time Pragha enjoys drawing, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Sonam Wangmo

Sonam assists in preparing and processing H-1B specialty occupation cases, H-1B third-party placements petitions, request for additional evidence (RFE) and notices of intent to revoke and deny (NOIR and NOID). In addition, she works on permanent residence, and employment-based applications. She is involved in research and analysis of statutes, legal codes, government regulations, case law, etc. She is fluent in Dzongkha and has basic proficiency in Hindi. Sonam’s interests include reading, meditating, doing social service and spending quality time with friends and family.
