New version of Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification is effective beginning from May 7, 2013

As a follow up to our March 8, 2013 newsletter article, this is a reminder that the revised version of Form I-9 must be used by all the U.S. employers for new hires with the start date of May, 2013.
